| 1. Supporting cutting-edge research projects: Support the most advanced research projects in microelectronics, semiconductors, MEMS/Sensors, and life-science, and so on. | ||
| 2. Supporting daily operations: Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility. | ||
| 3. Assisting lab users: Collaborate with a diverse community of undergraduate, postgraduate, and postdoctoral researchers. Provide valuable support and guidance in equipment operation and process consultation. | ||
| 4. Maintaining cleanroom facilities: Ensure the top-notch condition of our facilities under supervision, and ready to support exceptional research. | ||
| 5. Conducting equipment operation trainings: Share the knowledge and expertise by conducting equipment operation trainings for users. Prepare training materials, including operation manuals and training videos. | ||
| 6. Ensuring safety and compliance: Regularly monitor and enforce adherence to our strict safety protocols and contamination control rules, ensure a secure and controlled environment for all users. | ||
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, material science, or related disciplines, or a relevant higher diploma/higher certificate. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical services, laboratory safety and/or cleanroom environment is a plus, but not mandatory. The successful candidate should have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. (Duration: 1 year, renewable) |
