Facilities in NFF (CWB)

NFF (CWB) consists of laboratories in five different locations—NFF (CWB) Phase II, NFF (CWB) Enterprise Center, the Deep RIE Process Center, the Nanofabrication Demonstration Laboratory (NDL) and the Process Laboratory. Each laboratory provides a range of equipment for different processes.
