Fire Service Installation

In compliance with the regulations of the Fire Services Department, the following fire service installations have been made in the cleanroom area in NFF (CWB) Phase II:

  1. Two hose reels in the corridor and the class 1,000 area
  2. Four fire extinguishers in the "yellow area", the class 1,000 area and the corridor
  3. Three alarm bells
  4. Many smoke detectors under the raised floor.
  5. Many sprinklers and heat detectors in the ceiling
  6. Fire resistance doors
  7. A fire shutter

Fire Service Installations in NFF Phase II

In NFF (CWB) Enterprise Center, the fire service installations are as follows:

  1. Four fire alarms in the class 1,000 and class 100 areas
  2. Two fire extinguishers in the class 1,000 and class 100 areas
  3. Three alarm bells
  4. Two fire blankets in the class 1,000 and class 100 areas
  5. Many sprinklers and heat detectors in the ceiling

Fire Service Installations in NFF Phase III

In the Deep RIE Process Center and the TSV Process Laboratory (Room 2223/2227), the fire service installations are as follows:

  1. Two fire extinguishers
  2. Two fire blankets
  3. Many sprinklers and heat detectors in the ceiling
